Half Board
Half board experience includes breakfast, with a choice of lunch or dinner per day, guest may choose from the a la carte menu one starter, one main course and one dessert. Dishes with a supplement charge are highlighted in the menu. Mix Bar, In-room dining, Conservatory, D’Lirio, Five Iron, Skinny Genie and Attiko, third-party ice cream stations are not included and will be charged upon consumption. Half board dine around is non-transferable and
non-refundable and needs to be utilized on a daily basis.
Full Board

Meal Supplements Notes:
• Children under 6 dine for free on the same meal basis as paying adult.
• To avail of these meal rates, the guest must book these via the Company prior to arriving to the hotel.
• Alcoholic beverage restrictions may apply due to the Holy Month of Ramadan and Religious Holidays.
• Restaurant reservations are subject to hotel confirmation.

Festive Season Conditions
A minimum of 5 consecutive nights stay applies for all stays between 26th December 2024 – 2nd January 2025 (both dates inclusive) and 26th December 2025 – 2nd January 2026 (both dates inclusive) without any exception. Check-out is not allowed on December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2025.
Early Departure Policy
Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you. Should the Company after the cancellation deadline reduce the number of nights of the confirmed reservation or if the guest checks out early, the hotel will charge the Company for the fullduration of the original reservation. 100% of the booking period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advanced payment, the amount will not be refundable.

Check-in / Check-out Policy
• Check-in time is at 15:00 hours and checkout time is at 12:00 hours.
• All guests arriving before 12:00 hours will be accommodated subject to availability of rooms. Luggage may be stored at Welcome Desk for those arriving early if rooms are not available for early check-in.
• Early check-in can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the 1st night room rate for arrivals between 10:00 – 15:00 hours and 100% charges will apply for arrivals before 10:00 hours.
• Late check out can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the last night room rate for departure between 12:00 – 18:00 hours and 100% charges will apply for departure after 18:00 hours.
