Check – in / Check – out
Check-in time is at 15:00 hours and check-out time is at 12:00 hours. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night accommodation must be booked at the contracted rate.
Late check out after 12:00 hours is subject to availability and discretion of the hotel and to be charged as follows:
50% of the contracted nightly rate until 18:00 hours
Full night charge after 18:00 hours
Rollaway Policy
Maximum of one (1) rollaway bed can be provided in Deluxe, Ocean View Deluxe, Club Garden View & Club Ocean View Rooms
Maximum of two (2) rollaway beds can be provided in all Suite categories as well as the FamilyRoom Existing parents’ meal plan and rollaway bed are included in the rates. Baby Cribs and rollaway beds are provided based on availability and must be requested at the time of the reservation
Connecting Rooms / Adjacent Rooms
Specific locations, floors, bedding configuration, interconnecting or adjacent rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking and/or check-in time.
In order to guarantee the connecting rooms, please book Family room or Family suite categories. Name Changes
The hotel does not allow any name changes on the bookings already reported and no exceptions will be granted. Half Board Package
Dine around Half Board is applicable for either lunch or dinner at selected restaurants
Half Board guests can enjoy a three-course meal for lunch or dinner as part of their room package
Half Board excludes the festive events (Christmas Brunch, New Year’s Gala Dinner, Easter brunch, Ramadan Iftar), seasonal promotions and premium menu items, which are marked on the menu.
Children below 12 years dine on the same meal plan as their parents, from the kids menu.
Children aged between 6 to 12 years old will have the option to dine from the adult’s menu for a supplementary charge of AED 85.
Dining option and supplement charge options are subject to change.
Half Board Supplement is excluding beverages & is not applicable for In-room-dining orders
Half Board Supplement doesn’t have any cash value and cannot be refunded nor cumulated or used towards future stay.
Festive Season
A minimum of 5 consecutive nights stay apply for all arrivals between 28th December 2025 and 2nd January 2026 (both dates inclusive) without any exception.
New Year Eve Gala Dinner (Compulsory): The price includes international buffet, open bar all evening and a ½ bottle of Champagne per person at Midnight (from 21 years and above)
Ramadan 2025
Ramadan for 2025 is expected approximately from 27th February 2025 until 29th March 2025, however please note that final dates remain subject to official government announcement closer to date. In recent years hotels have been able to serve alcohol in selected outlets during the day throughout Ramadan. This will likely remain for 2025 and the club lounge will operate as normal unless advised otherwise by the Government of Dubai.
Kids Club (The Ritz Kids® Club)
Open from 09:00 hours until 18:00 hours daily for children from 4 to 11.99 years of age. Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a parent, nanny or babysitter.

Cancellation Policy
Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking, and as such, are subject to canion chacellatrges.
The daily cancellation fee will not be contingent on Hotel’s occupancy for the nights for which rooms are cancelled.
No-shows must be paid without reliance on vouchers due to the inability of the client to present the voucher. Should you fail to pay the cancellation fee, Hotel may cancel your billing privileges and / or this agreement, at Hotel’s sole discretion, without any obligation or liability whatsoever.
No refunds will be provided for early departure.
The cancellation policy may be changed by Hotel at any time in Hotel’s sole discretion
More Cravings Half Board dine around to be extended until the end of the 2024/2025 contractual agreement. The Hotel Management reserves the rights to withdraw this offer within 7 days’ notice. Guests booking the Dine Around by More Cravings Half Board package at any of the participating Marriott International hotels can choose to dine at over 130 restaurants in the United Arab Emirates. Half Board excludes Festive events in majority of our properties in the UAE ( Christmas Brunch , New Year’s Gala Dinner , Easter Brunch )
Prior restaurant reservations are mandatory and can be made through the hotel concierge or via MoreCravings.com, Restaurants will offer either a set menu, buffet or provide dining credit of AED 150 per person as per restaurant policy. Children below 12 years will eat for free and children 12 years and above will be charged full price.
