Ramadan & Religious Holidays
Information about services during the Holy Month of Ramadan will be given closer to the date.
The Company is obliged to inform all clients about the Ramadan and other Islamic holiday restrictions and guidelines that may apply at the time of the booking.
Check-in & Check-out Policy
• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply
• Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, subject to Hotel availability.
• Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of regular FIT contracted rate
• Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate
• In order to guarantee late check-outs, this must be stated on the reservation form, with applicable charges. Kindly indicate the approximate departure time for each booking

• Minimum length of stay is 5 Nights for arrivals between December 27, 2024 – January 02, 2025 (inclusive)
• Check-out is not allowed on the December 31, 2024
• New Year Gala Dinner on December 31, 2024 is compulsory.
• At the time of booking should be clearly mentioned the New Year Gala Dinner package.

• Children from 0 to 5.99 years old - Free of charge inclusive breakfast when sharing with parents in existing bedding in the same room.
